Install SBS after Vista ?? VistaBootPro help ?

I got a trial version of SBS2003 from Microsoft and installed it on an
old Pc (1.4ghz w/256mb) and it's a dog - too slow, so....
can I / how do I install SBS2003 on my XP/Vista PC without screwing up
the boot loader ?

Normally that would hose the newer OS's loader, so can I mess with
Vista's boot loader ?
In Vista/ Xp box = 1 drive with 3 partitions:

XP Pro = C drive
Vista = D drive.
E: currently = old copy of XP Pro

I did install VistaBootPRO - would that help ? Since I'm asking ... I'll
go for it: SBS2003 is on its own drive: can I pop it out of the old PC
and pop into the new box and mess with Vistapro ?

Any oprions/suggestions appreciated.

I read this at
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/wi...c349-427c-b035-c2719d4af778.mspx#BKMK_default

To install a previous version of Windows onto a computer running Windows
Vista
1. Install the previous version of Windows.
2. Log on to the older operating system and restore the latest boot
manager by running the following.
Fixntfs.exe will be in the \boot directory of the active partition.
fixntfs /lh

Wouldn't installing the old OS damage the existing boot loader ?
SO, how would I boot to perform step #2 ?
