Hi
I installed xp and vista separately on two separate SATA drives. Initially
xp drive was primary and vista secondary but I have now swapped as vista was
not booting from secondary drive. So vista boots from primary disk and I run
VistaBootPRO 3.3 and change the boot drive for XP from C: to G: as xp drive
now appears as G: in vista list of drives. Now when I boot I see entries for
both vista and xp to boot from but when I select xp it just goes blank and
boots the pc. If I disable primary vista drive then xp boots fine from
secondary disk so xp install itself is fine, its just getting the boot
sequence to read xp from proper location seems to be the problem. Any help
to enable to boot into xp when needed would be appreciated. I have not used
the VistaBootPRO 3.3 to do the drastic step of installing vista boot loader
on xp drive just in case it corrupts xp or makes xp dependent on vista which
I don't want in-case vista drive goes down and makes xp drive non-bootable
as well.
Thanks
