Hello

I have to install a program on my client machine can I
access his computer to do it

we both had Win XP is it possible to me to access his
computer from mine and do all the tasks from my computer

Thanks.

Sure. If your client's machine is running XP Professional you could use Remote Desktop to access/control the machine and administer it, including installing software.

If your client's machine is running XP Home look at using Remote Assistance. Your client can give you permission to both view and control her/his desktop.
