Install pops up

Not sure what happened but now when I start my computer it prompts to install
a word program. So I let it run it's course then it states that the CD/DVD is
not able. So it will cancel itself. Then if I need to use Word I will double
click and the same intallation will pop up on my screen.
 
Use the Control Panel, add-remove app's entry for Office to change the
installation options for Office . Disable the 'install on demand' settings
from all parts of office.
