install of win2000 - hard drive issue

In installed SP4 and now 2nd hard drive only shows 8G
instead of 20G. Registry is correct, Maxtor PowerMax shows
drive fine and formated without errors. Not sure what to
do next. Suggestions?
 
i had one maxtor 30G , dead after one year of use. in
cmos it is detected as 40G.
