install missing files!!!

I just built a computer, and this is the first
O.S. it will have. But after Windows XP get's past the
Partitioning, It starts a progress bar because it's
copying files. MY problem is, as soon as it starts, it
begins to show, its missing files, or files couldn't be
copyed. Such as "initpki.dll can't be copyed"
or "dmconfig.dll can't be copyed." PLEASE HElP!!!!

Try a different cdrom drive or try cleaning the WinXP CD. Use mild soap
and water and clean from the center outward
Not in a circle. Also, select PIO Mode in the Bios if you have that entry
for your hard drives.
