Install Error

I am trying to install the antispyware and it says setup
for mirosoft antispyware encountered a problem and needs
to close. We are sorry for the inconvenince. Do you need
more information regarding the data that the error report
contains? I am not as computer literate as I would like
to be so please let me know what information I need to
give you for assistance.

Empty your IE cache and your other temporary file
folders, eg:
c:\temp,
c:\windows\temp or
C:\Documents and
Settings\<name>\Local Settings\Temp (the path to your
temp folder will change depending on your name) -
sometimes programmes can be hidden in there - watch out
for mysterious *.exe files or *.dll files in those
fºlders.
