Fail on Install

When I attempt to install Spyware, I encounter an error
almost immediately where ist says, "Setup for Microsoft
AntiSpyware has encountered a problem and needs
to close. . . . "

Possible solution uninstall spysweeper.or whatever

commercial anti spyware program.I believe there might be a
compatibility problem. its Ok with spybot & adaware low
(can't believe I'm helping Microsoft out here.)
