Install error 1606

I have been trying to install the update for Microsoft
Antispyware Beta but ehenever the installation starts a
message appears saying it cannot locate %
USERPROFILE%/favorites, and the error code 1606 . How do
I solve this, i need help

I was getting an 1606 error both on install and uninstall .
I searched and found this page ...

The value for "Personal" was wrong in my PC . I fix it and
Antispyware installed correctly.
