antispyware

i downloaded the antispyware update and when i tried to
install it(this is the new upgrade after the old one
expired on july 31st 05)i got an error message(1606%
userprofile%/favorites)cannot find network location.i
tried to remove the original antispyware through
add/remove in control panel and start/all programs menu
and got the same error.i can't access the original at
all.any solutions would be appreciated.thank you.
