install business contact manager as administrator

After installing Business Contact Manager logged in as Administrator (as the
user does not have rights to install), I cannot see how/where to allow the
user to subsequently run business contact manager. The outlook was installed
previously, I now want to add this functionality.
Thanks

What's called the "First Use Wizard" runs when a user runs Outlook
after BCM is installed. The wizard asks the user if they want to use
BCM with that Mail profile, and if Yes, links the profile to a new BCM
database or a database another user has shared.

Hi Luther,

Thanks for the prompt response. Unfortunately, I didn't get the First Use
Wizard when I subsequently ran outlook. Outlook started okay, but exactly as
it was before, with no BCM info/options shown.
I tweaked user rights a little, and managed to get it installed okay, but
then I got the "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error,
for which there is quite a bit of info in these forums. I've tried one
solution, unsuccessfully, so now I'm trying the reinstall of BCM V1, and then
I'll try an update to V2.

Thanks

Check to make sure that Outlook has the BCM addin installed and
enabled.

In the Registry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\Microsoft.BusinessSolutions.eCRM.OutlookAddIn.Connect.2

LoadBehavior should have a value of 3.
