Instaling Update Video drivers

I have downloaded update video drivers for my Radeon 9200
video card.
I have printed out Jimmy S's loading instructions and
followed them to the letter but the old driver keeps
being installed.
What am I doing wrong?
 
How about printing out and following the instructions from ATI's web site?
