Instalation error.

I am try to install a web cam and it start to load and
then I get Error opening instalation log file. Verify
specific log file exists and is writable.

I cannot get past this point. Please any ideas?

Hi Randy,

Common installation problems are usually cured by restarting the machine,
then....

1) Delete the contents of the temp folders, there may be a file in there
interfering with the setup routine of the installer. Get both:

C:\Windows\temp
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\local settings\temp

2) Turn off all other running programs, especially your antivirus software.
Use ctrl+shift+escape, if necessary, to "end task" on everything.
