Inserting text on top of a video as it plays.

I want to add song lyrics to the music video screen as it plays. How can I
"bring to the front" the text I've added? I have already done the Draw/Send
to the back/bring to the front command. What am I missing?

Sorry, you can't. PPT does not support anything "on top" of a viceo. THere
are add ins that allow this however.
