Inserting graphic files into e-mails

Hi

How can i insert graphic files into e-mails using Oulook
XP and Word XP as e-mail editor?

Use HTML as your message format then use the Insert menu to do what you want
 
How can I set it so all e-mails sent out will
automatically have a graphic inserted?
