inserting an image on multiple pages in the same doc

Is it possible in Word 2003? I have an 15 page doc and I need to insert my
mgrs signature .tiff on all pages in the same location.

Any text or graphic inserted in a header or footer will repeat on every
page. Graphics don't have to be in the header/footer area. If Square
wrapping (or any style other than In Line With Text) is applied, they can
appear anywhere on the page.
