Insert video .ppt, and save IN file, not linked (if move video)?

How do I insert video into a powerpoint presentation and have it save as a
part of the .ppt file, rather than being linked (in case the video file gets
moved later, and the link broken). Alternatively, is there a way to save a
"Package to CD" as an actual package, as opposed to a folder, so that when
one clicks on the icon it begins to play automatically

PPT does not support any video format as an embedded element... All video
files must accompany the presentation. To create a click-and-play version of
a presentation you need to use an installer application that will compress
all contents into a single .exe and then is scripted to launch the
presentation (either with the Viewer or with PPT if installed on the
computer).
