How??? We did this easily in WordPerfect and I know we did this when we
first converted to Word donkey years ago, but I can't find the command
anymore. We used two question marks (??) as our stop code and assigned the
function to Ctl+J so that whenever we pressed Ctl+J it would move our cursor
to the next insertion point (marked by the ??). Thanks

I imagine you had a macro assigned to Ctrl+J (unfortunate, since this is the
default keyboard shortcut for Justified paragraph alignment). What you could
do instead is insert a field code (it could be just an empty field, inserted
with Ctrl+F9) and then use F11 to jump from one to the next; anything you
type would overwrite the field.
