insert a bitmap to the background of a spread sheet

I AM TRYING TO INSERT A BITMAP INTO A SPREADSHEET AND USE IT AS A BACKGROUND
AND THEN HAVE IT PRINTED
 
Not possible in Excel to make "watermark"
Please do not SHOUT!
