Insering pictures into a web page, FrontPage 2003 crashes

When I select INSERT, PICTURE, FROM FILE as soon as the location selection
box appears FP 2003 locks up, and when I "X" out the application crashes,
with no errors. This was working ok 10 hours ago, no new software or updates
have been added to the machine, "program not responding". I use the same
function with Outlook and it works perfectly. I have the error files that
are generated by FP. This happens every time. I have done a repair with no
success. Thanks
