INS error

reformatted 2nd drive w/games onit, now get INS error when trying to reinstall games
 
Make sure you have Cryptographic Services enabled in Control
Panel/Administrative Tools/Services. Any error messages in Control
Panel/Administrative Tools/Event View/Application? If you have a more
complete error message, please post it.
