I am trying to setup a user in our HR department to manage our users
information in ADUC. however when I add the use permissions to delegate the
task it does not add to everyuse in the organization. I found this is
because the Inherit permissions check box in security is not always checked
on. Ok. But, after I went through and checked these for every person in our
organization I found today that anyuser that is setup as domain admin has
once again become unchecked. Can anyone tell me why this happens, and if
there is a way to prevent it from unchecking again. We are running Windows
server 2003 SP1.
