Infrared Device

Hello good day! I am using an ECS Desknote I-Buddie A928
(intel celeron 1.7 512MB memory). My OS is windows 2000.

I already installed the driver for the infrared device and
the device is working properly. However, it still cannot
establish communication with any infrared device I use
(Sony Ericcson T610 [mobile phone], printer, digital
camera). The IR of the phone, printer and camera are
enabled.

I tried to use other pc and the phone, printer, and camera
connected at an instant.

Please help.

is the infrared enabled in the bios?

For cellular, or digital camera, you need applications to
work with these devices (installing device drivers is only
1st step)
