infra red

hi doods,

im having a lil' problem with getting my infra red to
work on my laptop.I can setup a connection icon in
network places but it just plays dead!

is there an unwritten rule on how to get it workin

If you are trying to get the laptop to talk to a phone by IR - remember to
enable the IR reciever in the phone. Usually it's powered off by default to
save battery life.
