Hello,

Does anyone know where I can find some sample databases that I can use to
track like, Issues that might be discussed in a meeting and enter them in the
database so on the following meeting we can look to see if anything was
worked on it? I'm not looking for a project tracker but maybe something
somewhat simple and to be able to pull reports.

There is actually a db called Issues that you might look at. I think its on
the MS website. It could probably be adapted for your use.
