I have windows 2000 pro. I have looked in the device
manager and it says I do not have a driver. I can't find
the correct one. Can someone please send me in the right
direction??

A device driver is highly hardware dependent. YOu'll need to provide us
with the maker of the IRda device (or more likely, the laptop that it is
installed on).
