INetSharingConfiguration::EnableSharing API is not working

Hi,

I have 2 NIC card on my system and trying to enable sharing using a NIC card.
When I call INetSharingConfiguration::EnableSharing API, it returns S_OK and also status of LAN is "Connected,Shared".
But when I check IP address (using ipconfig) it is showing previous one (IP address has not been changed to 192.168.0.1) and I am also not able to connect to shared network connection using from another system.

But if I do all the things manually then it is working fine.

I am using Windows XP Service Pack 3.
