Anybody got any knowledge of these things?

I have a couple of portable analogue TVs which work OK with a loop aerial but, of course, only receive five channels. When my area goes digital they will only work when attached to a digibox. But, what about picking up the signal?

I've seen indoor aerials designed for this eventuality but are they any good? There are simple ones and others that are boosted by plugging them into the mains, which, I assume, would make them more efficient.

Interested to hear any comments. :)

We've got personal experience of this one. We have had it for a few years, attached to a TV in the kitchen. Wales went digital last year and, we found this indoor aerial to work as well (i.e. we can receive as many channels) as we can get with our outdoor aerial in another room. :thumb:

Edit: I forgot to mention that the picture/sound is great. The aerial is "boosted" so needs an electric socket.
