Thanks for you answers about RAM, I enabled virtual memory again.

I have disabled the "indexing service" on my C: drive. I read that
functions slows down your system.
 
It slows down the system because it has to periodically rebuild the
database. It does slow down search which is what it was supposed to fix.
Kind of a worthless service but for a few things like in IIS. But when the
service is not rebuilding the database it should have no footprint at all.
Namely csivc shold show 0.00% in processor usage.
