Indexing Service filter daemon

I get a message every few minutes whether I am doing anything at my computer or not that states "Indexing Service filter daemon has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I don't know how to fix it and sending error reports doesnt help me when it comes up every few minutes. Please help.

Go to run,type:services.msc In msc scroll to indexing service,set to manual,
then close-out.Back to run,type:cmd In cmd type:Sfc /Scannow When the
graph starts insert xp cd,exit the info. page.
