Index page corrupting

I've imported my web site from the web provider, but the index page seems
corrupted. It duplicates the shared border content from the top and left
onto the "main area" of the page.

How do I fix this? If I need a new index page, how should I proceed?

You shouldn't import if the site is using the FP SE
- Publish from online to local in FP
If it is not using the FP SE, delete the Shared border html code in the pages and reappy the Shared borders
