Indent

word 2002, ruler open.

When I click on an indent button to adjust the indent of a
line, the paragraph window opens and I cannot move the
button. When I click on a tab symbol to move a tab stop,
the tab window opens and I cannot adjust the tab. I
assume I did something to cause this. How can I turn it
off?

Ben,

It is behaving as though you are double-clicking. You
might need to check your mouse sensitivity.

Good rule of thumb:

"Single-click (pause), if nothing happens, double-click"!
