Bullet not following Tab indents

F

Frishoo

Has anyone had this problem?

When I create bullets and tab-indent, the bullet stays on the left margin.

This just started happening out of the blue.

I can use the ruler to manually adjust, but that is a big hassle every time.

Any one know how to get my bullets to start indenting when I hit tab?

Many thanks!

Use the Increase Indent button on the Formatting Toolbar in Word 2003 or
earlier or in the Paragraph section of the Home tab of the Ribbon in 2007

In the AutoCorrect dialog box, enable the option to "Set left and first
indent with tabs and backspaces" (Word 2003, Word 2007).

To display the dialog box:

- In Word 2003, click Tools | AutoCorrect Options.

- In Word 2007, click Office button | Word Options. In the Proofing
category, click the AutoCorrect Options button.
