Incresed server memory to 688 MB and get memory dump errors

Upgrade the memory to 688 and upon boot the windows "blue screen of death" appears with the follwing error messag

Page_Fault_in_nonpaged_area

and a bunch of addresses. Then the system dumps the memory onto the hard drive
Any ideas on how to correct this and let the system boot normally

Much appreaicted
 
Try removing the memory.
