2 of our computers are having the same problem. The blue
screen error message that is popping up is as follow:

***STOP:0x00000050 (0xE294C085, Ox00000001,0xBA2B2515,
0x00000001) PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

***Address BA2B2515 base at BA2A2000, DateStamp 233d90a2 -
NAVAP.sys

This message is received on both machines and it seems to
randomly occur, not specific to any program or task. I've
ran memory tests on both machines and found no problems.
I've done a repair of Windows 2000 and installed the
latest Microsoft updates. The only time that the error
seemed to stop, was when I disabled the Norton Anti-
virus. It is running in managed mode on both machines and
when I disabled it the machines seemed OK. This is what
leads me to NAV being the culprit. The file NAVAP.sys is,
I believe a Norton file. I probably should contact
norton, but if anyone has any suggestions as to the
problem it would be greatly appreciated.
