Incorrect window position and size

In the last few days my browser when maximised sits with
the top about 1cm from the top of the screen and the
bottom about the same below the tool bar.

I can adjust it to where it should be.

Any ideas would be great appreciated.

Hi,

1. Open a link.
2. Don't use the maximize button.
3. Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
4. Close all other IE windows.
5. Close the stretched window last.

Best option is to use "IE NEw Window maximizer"
