Incorrect Drive Letter When Installing MCE

Ok so i'm trying to install MCE 05 from boot. I accept the license,
select the partition and it says installing to drive I:\ and then
formats. After this I cancel.

How do I get it to use drive letter C:\?

Disconnect all USB drives including internal card readers.

If you don't want to open the case, you may be able to
deactivate USB completely in the BIOS setup. Then install
Windows, then reactivate USB in the BIOS setup.
