I have two problems....After installing a new operating system.. Windows XP
Professional with SP2, I have been trying to reload my Norton Internet
Security. I keep getting about halfway installed and then get an error
message .
I have asked for Support twice and have not gotten an answer as to what
might be causing this...

problem #2.. I had Harmon-Kardon surround sound speaker system with my old
operating system...I don't know how to get them working again with my new XP
system..They are still connected to my PC....When I try to add hardware,
there is no listing for these speakers....

It would be useful for you to state exactly what kind of error message you
get.. if you are trying to install an old version of NIS, consider upgrading
to a newer one..

Speaker systems DON'T have drivers.. sound cards have drivers.. determine
what sound card is being used.. download and run Everest Home Edition from
this web site

http://www.lavalys.com/products.php?lang=en

Also, check that the correct jack on the sound card is being used for output
to your speaker system..

I am trying to reload Norton Internet Security (Symantec) after installing a
new XP operating system...I get halfway installed and get the message
"Internal Error 2753.SAVScan.exe3333244E_F73A_407A_B74A_569A9E09D583"
I am installing components Norton Antivirus and it stops and tells me this
error message...
