incompatible regional settings...

when I try to load Quark 5 i get the following error message:

this system's regional settings are incompatible with this version of QuarkXpress [86]

I've tried everything I know to do. Does anyone else have this problem?
 
You will need to go into the control panel and change the regiona
setting. I set for Australia but software probably wants US.

Start - Settings - Control Panel - Regional Settings - set for US

It may request the CD when you do this.
