regional settings

I am unable to open QuarkXpress 5.0 for PC after a successfull installation. The message "This system's regional settings are incompatible with this version of QuarkXpress [86]". I have tried opening the regional and language options site and customizing the setting to both English Canada and English United States to no avail. Does anyone have a solution? Best regards, Max.

You should post this question to the provider of the software that you
are having trouble with.
