Incoming telephone calls cause computer to boot on its own

Every time our telephone rings, the computer turns on automatically. Is
there something I can do to turn that off or is it some type of virus or worm
that I have on my computer. Please HELP!!!

You have a Wake Up setting in your BIOS, nothing to do with Windows, that is
enabled.
