computer starts up when telephone rings

my computer mysteriously turns itself on and boots up
when i get a incoming call on my telephone. whats up with
that?????

Modern PCs are ALWAYS on. It's booting up because you have your bios set
for it to bootup when you get a call to the phone line the modem is on.
