incoming outgoing servers

i have windows mail and need the incoming and outgouing server info not . I
can't send any attachments or videos with my webcam ... thanks for any help
 
Who is your ISP (the folks you get your Internet service from)? They will
have all that information for you.

Mail servers don't belong to a mail program. They belong to a
mail provider. Who is your mail provider?
