Incoming messages move automatically to Deleted Items

My Incoming messages move directly to the Deleted items, without any Rules
activated; what can I do to correct this?

Start Outlook with the /safe command line switch and see if the problem
still occurs. Report the results back here. Include your Outlook version
and account type in the reply.
