incoming mail (pop3)... ?

i have NO idea how to finish it.
my email is used through yahoo but i cant send any pictures or anything idk
what to do

Free US-based Yahoo accounts can't be used with Windows Mail, and don't have
POP servers at all.

US Yahoo POP services only exist in the premium, paid mail service. If you
have that, the Yahoo site has explicit directions for setup.

Alternately, you can try utilities like YPOP, or using Windows Live Mail.
