incoming mail format for Outlook 2000

I am running Outlook 2000 SR-1. Mail that would normally come in HTML such
as newsletters are now appearing as plain text. I can't find any settings in
Outlook to change the format of incoming emails. Coworkers are getting the
same emails from the same companies and theirs are fine. How do I start
viewing emails in HTML again?

Most likely this is caused by your anti-virus scanner or any other
anti-malware suite you have installed. Outlook 2000 doesn't hold such a
feature.

Also, you might want to update to Outlook 2000 SP3 with additional updates
to make sure you are not experiencing an issue with an already fixed bug.
