Incoming email photos

Does anyone know how to manage the size of incoming email
photos? I am using Outlook Express 5 Windows 98. Photos
received are huge and take up three screens. Also when I
save these photos (jpg) to the hard drive then open them
from Windows Explorer they open in Internet Explorer not
photo editor etc?

You can't control the size of the pictures when you receive them.
To make another program the default hold down SHIFT (when not using Windows
XP) when rightclicking an image file (and choose Open With... Pick the
program you want and select the option to Always use the selected program.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
