I received a confirmation email from a company that I paid a bill online to.
The email keeps showing up every five minutes or so even though I have read
and deleted the email. This is the only one that is doing it, so other
incoming emails are repeating. I know it is something in Outlook because the
message was only there once in Yahoo.
