Incoming email delay

New incoming emails do not display automatically, the screen has to be
refreshed. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what was the solution?

refreshed. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what was the
solution?

Are you using MS Exchange as your mail server (this is a critical piece
of information), or are your connecting to an SMTP mail server? For
Exchange, the problem can be caused by something blocking the UDP
packets sent from the Exchange server to notify your client of a new
