Incoming calls

I am a new user to XP. All is fine and dandy except this
really annoying box which appears every five minutes or so
when I am online saying "You have just ignored an incoming
call". This automatically disconnects me. Can anyone help
me to clear this?

Control Panel | Phone and Modem Options | check and enter *70 in Disable
Call Waiting .
